While most of you have written Soulja Boy off as a one hit wonder... his fan base is still growing. He's taking it "Back to School," which is the title to his sophomore album.

The Atlanta rapper told MTV recently that he's working on his new album, with a focus on his fanbase -- the kids.

"My new album is called Back to School." Basically, it is really me taking it back to the basics. It's time to start studying again. Make it happen, man. ... The time I drop the album, everybody is gonna be going back to school. My fans are 21 and under. That's what I'm focusing on."

There is currently no release date for his sophomore album, but said it should be ready by school time.

Wayne preps different versions for "A Mille" and plans to shoot video

According to MTV.com, Wayne's album, Tha Carter III, doesn't come out till June 10, and Weezy has already taken measures to make sure the popularity of "Lollipop" lasts. He has a remix coming — not to be confused with the unofficial remix Young Jeezy just put out.

"That's not the official remix, but Jeezy is real crazy," Wayne said. "I love that one, but it's not the official remix. We gonna put out the official remix two weeks before the album comes out. Also, you know I don't do no remixes. This is kinda like a first for that too. You never heard a 'Go DJ' remix or a 'Hustler Music' remix or a 'Block Is Hot' remix. This is the first remix. The person we picked to put on there, he told me something about the verse. He said this was the first song to make him wanna jump on a song again after a certain situation. I took that into consideration and said, 'This is the one we wanna run with.' "

While "Lollipop" is winning the popularity contest right now, "A Millie" is being labeled as the hottest song in the streets by some mixtape DJs. Wayne plans to shoot his next video for that track. There will be several different versions of "A Millie" on Tha Carter III. Instead of having skits, he's going to have young artists give their interpretations of the record.

"I'm not gonna have skits on the album. [The different versions of 'A Millie'] will be where the skits would be," he explained. "It's gonna be like I'm calling home and the person who's on that track is gonna be, like, inside Tha Carter at that time. Only people I put on there is all new artists — artists I think is gonna be in this music sh-- for a long time. Tyga, Corey Guns, Hurricane Chris, Lil Mama — it's gonna be ill. On the video, I'm introducing my artist, Lil Chucky. He's 13 years old. He's hot in the South. He's got his own part for 'A Millie' too."

Other guests, such as Jay-Z and Ludacris, appear on TCIII, but Weezy told us his mother played a significant part in the LP as well: She provided the picture for the album cover. It's Wayne as a baby with tattoos on his face and hand — and despite recent reports on some blogs, it is the official album cover.

"That's me!" he said. "All day. No computers. Only thing [digitally enhanced] was the tattoos. My momma gave me the picture for me to put on the album cover. I don't know where my momma found that picture. My momma, she gave me that and one more. If you would have saw the other picture, you'd be like, 'She got too many pictures.' "

Alicia Keys a homewrecker (rumor)

Swizz Beatz and Mashonda's split, sources are claiming that the main cause of the split was Swizzy's cheating ways. And his side chick you ask? None other than Alicia Keys. Apparently, back in January, Swizz (who has produced a few records for Alicia) and Alicia were spotted hugging and kissing while at NY's Museum of Modern Art on a Sunday afternoon. And we all know Sundays are the unwritten designated family/boo'd up days when you're not single. I also hear this wasn't their first time chillin' there on a Sunday. And now I'm being told that Swizz and Alicia have been playing the hide from the camera (and their significant others) game for a while now. Especially at Swizz's party a while back that Alicia showed up to with her "man" Kerry. When the cameras were gone, she and Swizz reportedly partied together while their significant others were busy chillin' elsewhere in the club.

Here's a statement I was given my an anonymous source: she knows they just had a baby together, so she's just reckless. Swizz is no better but he's obviously star struck. He even went on tour with her last month to France and Spain. One of her roadies reported seeing them in restaurants and hotels. Mashonda has been there from day one. I even remember her saying in VIBE that she slept on the floor with him before he made it. I also know women that Alicia use to get with, so I guess she's just confused and that explains her recklessness.

Akon Paid BIG BUCKS not to be labeled a 'Konvict'...?

Akon has had his criminal past questioned. The Smoking Gun released Akon's rap sheet which showed the singers claim to have spent years in prison to be false. Kardinal Offishall, who recently signed to Akon's Konvict Music, spoke about this dispute. Kardinal says Akon's criminal record doesn't reflect his trouble past because Akon spent a lot of money to have his record cleared. "When I first met Kon, I didn't know he wasn't allowed into Canada because of the criminal record that he had," Kardinal admitted. "Now he's able to travel to Canada, Australia, to all types of different places, because he spends a lot of money to have his record expunged."
